Lie in machine with back on pad and one foot against platform. Extend knee and release clamp lever.Execution
Flex hips and knee to lower sled until lower leg is parallel to floor. Return, keep knee slighty flexed and repeat. Continue with opposite leg.Variations / Comments
Keep heel on platform. Let foot point in same direction as knee.
